We are committed to providing flexible breeding options to accommodate your needs. Please review the following options for breeding your mare to PC So Frostin Royal.

Option 1: On-Site Breeding at KsCER
You may haul your mare to The Kansas Center for Equine Reproduction (KsCER) located in Lawrence, KS. Our attending veterinarian, Dr. Shelby Hayden, will breed your mare on-site using cooled fresh semen.
No shipping fees will apply for this option.
Mare owners are responsible for all collection and processing fees, paid directly to KsCER.
Appointments are required; walk-ins cannot be accommodated. KsCER typically books about one month in advance, so please call early to secure your spot.

Option 2: Pick-Up and Personal Transport
Mare owners may pick up cooled semen directly from KsCER and transport it to the veterinarian of their choice.
Collection and processing fees (estimated at $250–$300) apply and are paid directly to KsCER.
Always call ahead to schedule a pickup and confirm current fees.

Option 3: Shipped Semen
Semen may be shipped directly to your chosen veterinarian.
The first shipment is $500, with each additional shipment also $500.
Payment for the shipment and stud fee must be paid in full before any semen will be shipped—no exceptions.
Shipments are made Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding Memorial Day and any FedEx holidays.
Frozen semen is available for shipping at $600 per shipment and may be sent at any time.

Important Notes:
We do not offer counter-to-counter shipments.
No fresh semen shipments will be sent after July 1, 2026. If your mare is not in foal by that date, frozen semen must be used.

Payment Information:
Accepted Methods: Venmo ([Miss-Hamilton]), check, or emailed invoice.
Checks: Must clear before semen is shipped—please allow sufficient time.
Invoice Requests: Text Michelle at (660) 898-8510 to receive an emailed invoice.
Payable To: All checks should be made out to Michelle Hamilton and mailed to the address listed on your breeding contract.

Texting is preferred.
Do not contact KsCER for shipments. All shipment requests must go directly through Michelle Hamilton.
Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for shipments.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but shipments cannot be guaranteed without proper notice.

2026 Fees:
Stud Fee: $500
Fresh Collection & Shipping: $500
Frozen Shipping: $600
Canadian Health Certificate: $125 - Only applies to Canada shipments
